In a context of advanced growth, recognized for its excellence in service provision, the company is looking for a new executive to take charge of its Audit area, who will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s operations are in compliance with internal policies, external regulations and recommended practices, identifying areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
As Internal Audit Manager, your main challenge will be to ensure the effectiveness of audits and implement relevant recommendations, with a focus on risk and control management, designed to help the organization achieve its strategic, operational, financial and compliance objectives.
Plan and execute internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and operational procedures;
Identify and assess risk areas such as fraud, regulatory compliance and information security, developing appropriate mitigation plans;
Work collaboratively with department leaders to implement audit recommendations and best practices;
Carry out reports and periodic audit reports for senior management;
Update the company on changes in regulations and best auditing practices, adapting internal processes when necessary;
Build key indicators and a high-performance team in the internal audit area;
Monitor routines in financial and related areas.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in auditing;
Experience in medium and large companies in the service area;
Previous experience as team manager;
Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in accounting is desirable;
Mobility to live in Curitiba – PR.
