Occupying a prominent role in its segment, the food industry is experiencing a period of significant expansion in the domestic market, at the same time as it advances in its internationalization process. In this context, our client seeks leadership for its Marketing area to increase brand awareness through branding strategies and market intelligence.
With the great challenge of increasing brand recognition, developing and implementing strategic actions that strengthen its presence in the national and international markets, the Corporate Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading projects in collaboration with the commercial area, aiming to foster a new sales cycle focusing on direct and indirect channels.
Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies that increase brand awareness;
Lead market intelligence projects, identifying opportunities and main trends in the segment;
Work in close collaboration with the commercial area, ensuring that marketing strategies are in line with sales goals;
Manage marketing teams, ensuring excellence and strategic alignment in deliveries;
Manage the company’s online presence, ensuring consistency on all communication fronts;
Cultivate strategic partnerships with business partners and relevant stakeholders;
Ensure the quality and consistency of brand communication across all channels and touchpoints.
Proven experience in leading marketing teams in medium or large industries;
In-depth knowledge of branding strategies;
Hands-on profile, with ability to execute and adapt;
Fluency in English and Spanish will be considered an advantage.
