Internationally recognized as one of the best healthcare institutions in Brazil, our client is constantly expanding and seeks to consolidate itself as the largest national player in the next 5 years. With a robust project portfolio for the next cycle, the company aims to strengthen its position by hiring a new leader for Corporate Project Management.


This position represents the opportunity to lead projects under the SUS Institutional Development Support Program (PROADI), as well as to manage a significant budget and promote public-private partnerships (PPP) that will boost the growth of the areas and sectors invested.

Main responsabilities:
  • Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives;

  • Supervise the execution of projects in various areas, including research, management and education;

  • Manage the budget and resources allocated to projects, ensuring compliance with strictly established deadlines and goals;

  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in project execution, promoting agile methodologies and best management practices;

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with national and international institutions for collaborations in research and education;

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and implement assertive decision-making when necessary;

  • Present periodic reports on the progress of projects and their impact on the organization’s results.
