With the purpose of delivering value to its customers through its products, our client is recognized for its comprehensive presence in various sectors of the national market. In a context of growth and unification of its internal processes, it is looking for a new Senior Analytics and BI Manager to structure and improve its systems architecture.
As a Data Leader, you will be charged with defining and implementing a comprehensive Business Intelligence strategy that meets organizational needs and promotes data-driven decision making. Your role will include efficiently managing the high demand for BI solutions, ensuring the timely delivery of valuable insights to all functional areas of the company.
Lead the data lake implementation process, from planning to execution, ensuring that the requirements of different areas of the company are met efficiently;
Manage the evaluation of BI systems available on the market, identifying solutions that meet the organization’s specific needs;
Collaborate with the board and various areas of the company to map the main key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be used to measure the success of BI initiatives;
Oversee data analysis activities carried out by the BI team, ensuring that the insights generated are accurate, relevant and actionable to support business decisions;
Implement analytical skills development programs within the BI team, aiming to continually improve the team’s ability to extract value from data and promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
Desirable knowledge and practical experience in using the QlikTech tool (QlikView and/or Qlik Sense), including development of dashboards, reports and advanced analysis;
Expertise in Data Lake migration, with previous experience in migration projects for large volumes of data and integration of heterogeneous sources;
Availability to work in person in the Joinville region.
