Recognized for its pioneering spirit and innovation within its market, the company is looking for a new Senior Digital Transformation Manager to support its digital optimization process and create new sources of revenue generation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for digitizing the business unit and identifying opportunities for improvement in the BU, building new digital solutions for customers and developing solutions focused on operational efficiency.
Main responsibilities:
Manage multidisciplinary teams in innovative projects;
Implement and work on Agile methodologies (agile management methods);
Lead the implementation of the company’s digital transformation strategy, aligned with strategic objectives and business needs;
Conduct with the areas of business, strategy and evolution for Analytics;
Build and manage budget (CAPEX and OPEX) for correct application of financial resources;
Project portfolio management, ensuring delivery within specifications;
Evaluate the performance of digital projects and monitor key indicators to measure the success and effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives;
Ensure systemic and information efficiency for the company.
Requirements:
Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects in prominent companies in the national and international market, especially within the industrial consumer goods chain;
Mobility for residence in the north of the state of Santa Catarina.
