Job description

An industry experiencing accelerated growth in recent years due to its significant change and professionalization of its organizational structure, the search for new strategic leadership to strengthen cultural transformation, as well as proposing tools and improvements to accelerate internal processes and boost the area’s performance.

In People and Culture Management, your main challenge will be to structure the People and Culture area in all its processes and subsystems, implementing human capital management strategies that guarantee space for continuous development in the company.

Main responsabilities:

  • Understand business objectives and recommend new approaches, policies and processes to promote continuous improvements in people management, leadership development and organizational culture;

  • Restructure the programs of the main Human Resources subsystems, including Recruitment and Selection, Employer Branding, Corporate Education, Succession Planning, Compensation and other relevant subsystems;

  • Collaborate with the C-level and Senior Management to identify needs, provide critical analysis and support leaders in the people management strategy;

  • Develop and lead corporate leadership development programs, offering mentoring to managers in their career and succession planning;

  • Implement actions to promote the improvement of the organizational climate and employee engagement;

  • Monitor people management indicators proactively, identifying needs and proposing actions to support the business;

  • Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures and processes that meet the company’s corporate expectations and guidelines;

  • Guide leaders in the transformation and management of organizational culture, promoting a culture of high performance and collaboration.

Requiriments:

  • Proven experience in leading cultural transformation and HR restructuring processes in companies in the industrial segment;

  • Strategic vision and ability to proactively anticipate and respond to business needs;

  • Availability to live in the Serra Gaúcha region.
