Job description

In a dynamic context of the real estate market, a prominent publicly traded company, specialized in the construction and development segment, is looking for new leadership to boost and strengthen its financial area. Therefore, your actions will be essential to align the company’s financial strategies with its medium and long-term goals, thus ensuring a solid and sustainable position in the market.


As Executive FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and execution of the company’s financial planning, working in close collaboration with all business areas, with the aim of ensuring that financial strategies are aligned with corporate objectives. In this sense, your challenge will also involve a detailed assessment of the needs and resources of each department, in order to develop robust and integrated financial plans that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Main responsabilities:
  • Improve the budget management process, implementing OBZ or GMD methodology, ensuring the accuracy of financial projections;

  • Carry out detailed financial analyzes to identify trends, opportunities and risks in the area;

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data;

  • Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying opportunities to improve working capital efficiency;

  • Establish guidelines for collaboration between the FP&A department and other areas of the company, promoting data integration and strategic cooperation;

  • Carry out mapping of growth plans, including capital expenditures and investments, thus generating long-term financial forecasts.

Requiriments:
  • Training in Finance, Accounting or related areas;

  • Proven experience in FP&A structures in companies in the Construction/Development segment;

  • Experience in restructuring or implementing a financial plan.
