Job description

In a moment of focus on the evolution of its corporate management structure, our client is looking for new legal leadership to compose its governance model and, in a strategic and consultative way, accelerate the great opportunities for organic and inorganic growth.

Your main challenge as Legal Executive Manager will be to restructure the legal area and build an agile and results-oriented mindset with your team, in order to support the company’s evolution.

Main responsibilities:

  • Deepen projects and processes in the labor area, but that navigate through the corporate, administrative, tax areas;
  • Structure a more robust preventive area;
  • Responsible for the effectiveness in the analysis and elaboration of contracts and other related instruments, aiming to protect the interests of the company according to the strategies of the board;
  • Develop systemic legal guidelines and assess impacts, alternatives and risks on products, businesses and systemic services;
  • Coordinate strategies and lines of action to conduct legal matters of interest to the company;
  • Guiding in the legislative, regulatory and contractual interpretation, in the different areas of law, with the objective of keeping within the current legal standards, with a view of business and legal risk;
  • Review the processes inherent to the legal area, proposing and suggesting improvements to maximize results.

Requirements:

  • Acting as an internal legal officer in large companies (invoicing over R$ 1 billion);
  • Complete degree in Law, with registration at the OAB;
  • Specialization/MBA (Completed) in materials related to the responsibilities and attributions of the position;
  • Solid experience in leadership and people management activities, legal advice and consultancy in labor, corporate, contractual, regulatory, etc.
