Focusing on continuous improvement and standardization of its processes, the industrial company is looking for new leadership to foster development and implement new technologies in its SSC structure.
As Head of the area, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CSC deadlines and goals, ensuring that operations operate with efficiency and quality, boosting productivity, reducing costs and improving the internal and external customer experience.
Main responsabilities:
Manage and monitor management indicators and service level agreements;
Scale the operation of areas linked to the CSC, managing processes linked to the Center;
Promote strategic alignment and prioritization of process improvement needs;
Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of policies and processes in the areas linked to the CSC;
Use performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the SSC, in addition to identifying opportunities for improvement;
Lead and develop a specialized team;
Carry out the respective reports (national and international).
Requiriments:
Proven experience in leading teams in a Shared Services Center;
Solid knowledge of process management practices, operational excellence and continuous improvement;
Mobility to live in Curitiba-PR;
Advanced English.
