Job description

A renowned Brazilian company in the non-durable consumer goods segment is looking for an Executive People and Culture Manager to lead the organization’s transformation agendas, with emphasis on cultural change and its consequences.

As leader of the area, your main challenge will be to develop and implement people management strategies aligned with the company’s business plan, acting as a central figure in change management in all People and Culture subsystems.

Main responsabilities:

  • Promote a cultural transformation together with the CEO and other leadership, linking organizational values ​​and competencies to the organization’s business levers;

  • Develop and lead training and qualification programs in accordance with the new culture;

  • Implement an analytical culture through data and correlate performance indicators that support strategic decisions;

  • Restructure performance evaluation program according to new cultural guidelines and connect to the company’s variable remuneration policies;

  • Create and implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand.

Requiriments:

  • Experience as Head of the People and Culture area, preferably in the food consumer goods sector;

  • Experience in managing multifunctional teams and exposure to C-Level;

  • Knowledge of people management and data analysis tools will be considered an advantage.
