Job description

Multinational in the Durable Consumer Goods industry, at a time of expansion in the After-Sales area, is looking for a new executive to improve the customer experience at different points of contact with the company.

As After-Sales Manager with a focus on Customer Experience, your main challenge will be to restructure the area’s strategy, ensuring an integrated and efficient approach between customer service channels and interface areas, such as Marketing and Commercial.

Main responsabilities:
  • Restructure the company’s After Sales area, aiming to anticipate customer needs;

  • Optimize and implement flows and metrics that guarantee a standard of excellence in the post-sales customer journey;

  • Ensure a unified approach to the customer journey, responsible for the deployment of the strategy in third-party companies;

  • Create processes and tools to collect and analyze data about the consumer experience;

  • Identify points of friction in different service channels, aiming to improve the customer experience.

Requiriments:
  • Experience as a team manager in the After Sales, Customer Experience or related areas;

  • Experience in durable consumer goods companies;

  • Solid knowledge of data analysis and correlation tools;

  • Advanced English.
