A reference in its sector, in an important moment of expansion and consolidation of its brand in the domestic market, the company is looking for a new Commercial Director to develop improvements in the Sales, Sales and Marketing BackOffice.
Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for leading the development of people and processes in the area, aiming at achieving results and achieving pre-established sales targets.
Main responsibilities:
Build and develop an integrated and multidisciplinary team that transforms the department’s strategy into solid actions and deliveries;
Develop effective sales strategies, aligned with the company’s objectives;
Identify new business opportunities, target markets and innovative approaches to drive sales growth;
Search for the best Sales and Marketing practices in the market and implement them in the company;
Establish metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of sales/marketing strategies and progress against established goals;
Support the development of the internal and external sales channel;
Manage the budget of the Sales area, Sales and Marketing BackOffice;
Create any new sales channels with a view to increasing the company’s sales force in the most competitive markets;
Supervise and guide a team of sales professionals, providing direction, training and ongoing support.
Requirements:
Proven experience in leading sales/business teams in construction companies and developers;
Mobility to live in Curitiba/PR;
Experience in multiple sales channels;
In-depth knowledge of the construction market, including trends, competition and commercial experience in multiple markets.
