Job description

Amid a period of rapid growth and internal restructuring, one of the main Brazilian companies in the fashion segment is looking for a new executive to take charge of DHO. The focus of its work will be on employee development and training processes, translation of strategic objectives towards the C-Level and predictive risk analysis, in order to encourage the quantification and expansion of the area’s strategy.


As Chief People Officer, your main mission will be to ensure that people management is aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. By defining a clear and effective vision for the new business model designed by the company, as well as promoting employer branding and leadership development initiatives, your performance will have a direct impact on the engagement of human capital and the maturation of organizational culture .

Main responsabilities:
  • Develop and lead the implementation of the Human Resources strategy aligned with the company’s objectives, proposing initiatives that contribute to the growth and sustainability of the business;

  • Identify skills gaps and lead initiatives to attract and retain strategic talent that strengthens the company;

  • Develop the people area based on data collection, analysis and interpretation strategies, with the aim of making HR more strategic, optimizing processes and supporting decision making;

  • Identify, develop and train leaders at all levels of the organization, ensuring that leadership is aligned with the company’s vision and values;

  • Create and implement programs related to Employer Branding (climate, satisfaction, engagement, training and development);

  • Map opportunities to strengthen organizational culture to ensure that social responsibility principles are disseminated throughout the company.

Requiriments:
  • Expertise in development projects, organizational culture and change management;

  • Experience in leadership development and building high-performance teams;

  • Having worked in companies that went through a digital transformation process and People Analytics;

  • Strong analytical vision and results orientation.
