Among the largest construction materials chains, our client is looking for key leadership in the Marketing area with a strong business vision to strengthen the pillars of market intelligence and brand.
As Senior Marketing Manager, your main challenge will be to drive the company’s growth in new markets, through the implementation of a robust and efficient CRM system, building customer loyalty and aiming to improve data marketing strategies.
Direct strategies and process improvements throughout the Marketing area, identifying competitive opportunities;
Use market data to maximize brand reach and efficiency strategies;
Maintain constant contact with partners and customers to ensure that market needs are incorporated into marketing strategies;
Monitor the market and its opportunities, providing rich insights that translate into improving brand strategy;
Establish marketing strategies that reflect the company’s aggressive expansion.
Experience in managing senior Marketing teams, preferably in large retail chains;
Proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing;
Postgraduate degree and/or MBA in the area of Marketing, CRM and/or Business Intelligence preferred.
