Large company in the industrial sector, in the process of expanding and standardizing its processes, is looking for new leadership to assume a key position in the internal functioning of the organization.
As Senior Facilities Manager, your focus will be on ensuring that the organization’s facilities and resources operate efficiently, in compliance with regulations, health, safety and environmental policies, in balance with employee needs and service quality.
Main responsabilities:
Lead facilities operations across the organization, ensuring that all facilities are maintained in safe and functional conditions;
Coordinate all processes and services in the area, including project management, asset preservation, cleaning, security and preventive and corrective building maintenance;
Develop and manage new and active third-party contracts, from negotiation to supervision of delivery quality, ensuring the efficient use of available financial resources;
Establish and maintain good relationships with external suppliers, ensuring that the contracted services meet the necessary quality and safety standards;
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all facilities comply with health, safety and environmental standards;
Manage the budget, in order to control costs and identify savings opportunities, and human resources in the area, with a focus on motivating team members, as well as managing conflicts and dealing with performance challenges;
Identify and implement continuous improvement solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of facilities operations.
Requiriments:
Proven experience in a leadership role in facilities management, preferably in the industrial sector;
Strong knowledge of safety, health and environmental best practices and regulations;
Ability to lead and manage multifunctional teams, including technicians, cleaning and security professionals, among others;
Advanced English;
Mobility to live in Ponta Grossa – PR.
