Consolidated company in the food sector, in an accelerated moment of growth and expansion in the domestic market, is looking for a new Management to lead its industrial area and develop improvements related to process management.
As Industrial Operations Manager, your main challenge will be to lead the operational activities of the food production units, ensuring the efficiency, quality and safety of the manufacturing processes.
Main responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the production unit, ensuring that the products are manufactured within the established quality and safety standards;
Manage and optimize production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing efficient solutions;
Coordinate and lead production teams, providing guidance and support to achieve established goals and objectives;
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure the continued functionality of machinery and equipment;
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production performance and implement corrective actions if necessary;
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective onboarding and delivery of quality products to customers.
Requirements:
Desirable previous experience in the Food/Beverage/FMCG sector;
Proven prior experience in managing industrial operations;
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams;
Mobility to reside in Rio Grande do Sul.
