Known for developing unique projects that are on the rise in the construction market, the company is looking for a new Head of Real Estate Development to increase its business area.
As a leader in the area, you will be primarily responsible for leading and overseeing all activities related to the development and management of real estate projects, ensuring the success and continued growth of the company.
Main responsibilities:
Develop a real estate growth strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and goals;
Identify business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the portfolio of real estate projects;
Carry out market analyzes and feasibility assessments to determine the economic viability of new ventures;
Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards established for each project;
Carry out the licensing, legalization and regularization of the enterprise, approval in concessionaires and municipal and state bodies;
Establish and maintain solid relationships with investors, partners, government agencies and other stakeholders in the real estate sector.
Requirements:
Prior experience in real estate development, including project planning, financial analysis and investment management;
Knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, regulations and best practices;
Mobility to Joinville/SC.
