A renowned national company in the consumer goods segment, recognized for its national reach through a broad portfolio of products, it is looking for new leadership to stimulate its purchasing team.
As Corporate Indirect Purchasing Manager, your challenge includes structuring the purchasing strategy, supplier management and cost optimization. Furthermore, it will play a fundamental role in maximizing the value of the company’s indirect expenses, ensuring the quality of products and services purchased, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Main responsabilities:
Develop and implement indirect purchasing strategies aligned with the company’s general objectives;
Identify opportunities for improvement in purchasing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs;
Analyze market trends and develop action plans to take advantage of opportunities or mitigate risks;
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable contractual terms;
Regularly evaluate the performance of suppliers and implement corrective measures when necessary;
Carry out cost-benefit analyzes and implement expense reduction initiatives;
Monitor and control the indirect purchasing budget, ensuring the efficient use of the company’s financial resources.
Requiriments:
Proven experience in leadership positions in the area of indirect purchasing, preferably in large consumer goods companies;
In-depth knowledge of purchasing and supply chain practices;
Availability to live in Rio Grande do Sul.
