At a time of transformation and professionalization of its processes, being one of the main agricultural machinery dealerships in the Santa Catarina region, with operations in more than 100 municipalities, the company stands out for its integrated solution services and continuous support, from the moment of purchase to after-sales, valuing customer satisfaction.
In this context, he is looking for a Corporate After-Sales Manager, who will be responsible for restructuring the area. Furthermore, the objective will be to make processes more dynamic and proactive, concomitantly with the continuous development of the responsible team.
Main responsabilities:
Lead all after-sales service operations for the company’s agricultural machinery product line;
Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of after-sales service;
Manage the financial and infrastructure resources necessary to ensure operational efficiency in all areas of after-sales service;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and strategic partners to ensure a clear understanding of market needs and customer feedback;
Keep up to date with trends and advances in agricultural machinery technology and after-sales services to ensure the company’s competitiveness in the market.
Requiriments:
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field;
Background in agricultural machinery dealerships or related sectors;
Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams;
Experience in developing and implementing customer service and process improvement strategies;
Solid knowledge of systems and technologies related to agricultural machinery and after-sales services;
Mobility to live in the mountainous region of Santa Catarina.
