Company recognized for its commitment to sustainability, constantly exploring ways to reduce its environmental impact through more sustainable production practices and the use of eco-friendly materials, is looking for a new Chief Financial Officer with the primary mission of standardizing its financial processes, aiming to sustain its position as one of the main companies in its segment in Latin America.
As CFO, you will play a crucial role in structuring and developing improvements in the area of controlling and finance, as well as ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, thus contributing to the company’s continued growth.
Structure and conduct long-term financial planning, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives;
Develop management tools, controls and indicators, aiming to generate accurate reports and financial results, as well as promote automation in the area;
Lead all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, financial planning, budgeting and reporting;
Establish policies and procedures to mitigate risks related to supply management, such as supplier diversification, operational risk assessment, and compliance with import/export regulations and quality standards;
Perform financial analyzes to guide strategic decision-making, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for resource optimization;
Reevaluate essential business processes, suggesting changes that impact the company’s financial cycle.
Have worked in management positions in Family Governance companies;
Proven performance in structuring controllership;
Experience in implementing SAP or TOTVS ERP;
Mobility to live in Caxias do Sul.
