Job description

In times of strong investment and expansion of the national operation, a large digital bank seeks Executive Finance Manager to lead the Treasury and Controllership areas with the aim of increasing EVA (Economic Value Added).

Reporting directly to the CFO and partner of the company, you will be responsible for the strategy of Asset Liability Management (ALM), evaluation of future M&A operations and optimization of the Beyond Budgeting budget methodology.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Budget and Forecast process for all business units, currently using an Beyond Budget framework;
  • Direct action in the hedge strategy and development of new funding lines;
  • Responsible for the ALM strategy across the group;
  • Development of financial feasibility studies, including evaluating future M&A opportunities;
  • Preparation of analyzes and reports for the Board and investors.

Requirements:

  • Solid performance in FP&A and Controllership in medium / large financial institutions;
  • Experience with the Beyond Budgeting budget methodology;
  • Having already led the ALM structure in medium / large financial institutions;
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Experience developing multidisciplinary teams.
