Job description

In constant search for innovation, a reference financial institution in the national market will make an important investment in the company’s key area when seeking a new acquisition in its governance model.

We are looking for an executive to lead the ALM and Planning areas in order to contribute to the company’s accelerated expansion process.

Main responsibilities:

  • Guide liquidity management in business units, including administration of sources and allocations of resources,
  • ALM modeling and definition of liquidity levels, aiming at maintaining an adequate liquidity structure;
  • Management of the economic-financial feasibility of investments, insertion in new businesses, constitution of new companies and strategic associations (M&A), aiming to ensure technical support for decisions and the analysis of all aspects related to the subject;
  • Manage structure for contracting loans and financing and other operations in the Financial and Capital Markets;
  • Respond for the compliance with the legislation in force, for the interaction with national and international investors, for the issuance of shares and debts of the company in the capital market;
  • Present valuation models proposed by management for the issuance and repurchase of shares;
  • Representing the company before supervisory bodies, such as preparing documents to disclose information to the market;
  • Ensure financial efficiency in the process of purchasing and contracting products and services;
  • Guide cooperatives with regard to planning, capital and liquidity levels, communication, proposal of initiatives and performance indicators;
  • Building and monitoring partnerships with multilateral organizations, such as risk agencies, with a view to creating alternative sources of liquidity.

Requirements:

  • Solid performance in ALM, FP&A and Controllership in financial institutions;
  • CFA certification or approved at CFA Level II;
  • Experience with the National and International Financial Market;
  • Solid background developing multidisciplinary teams.
