Job description

Act as an impact maker in the Technology market by assuming a Talent Acquisition Leader position at one of the biggest companies in the segment.

Be responsible for ensuring the progressive hiring of tech talents, in order to sustain the company’s portfolio of large global clients.

Main responsabilities:

  • Manage full cycle of scaling tech teams, from job postings to integrations of new hires;
  • Manage recruitment metrics, always looking for ways to make the process more efficient and assertive;
  • Develop strategies for talent mapping for decision making and definition of project scopes;
  • Apply employer branding actions that create growth opportunities;
  • Bring market and data insights into the process in order to leverage internal best practices by offering new solutions;
    Train teams to understand the value of diverse teams and mindsets.

Requisitos:

  • Solid track record in recruiting for technology;
  • Experience in leading recruiting teams;
  • Fluent English.
