Job description

A service company, a reference in the sector in which it operates, seeks the Corporate Manager of People Management to lead the area in order to support the company’s expansion to other states.

Reporting directly to the Executive Board, his main challenge will be to develop a culture and talent project in order to leverage the company’s constant growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead all initiatives related to Human Resources, taking an analytical view and focus on results and performance;
  • Strengthen the organizational culture in order to ensure that the company’s principles are disseminated, encouraging the high performance of employees;
  • Manage management and performance indicators, ensuring excellence in the area’s results;
  • Plan and implement projects and programs related to Employer Branding (climate, satisfaction, engagement, training and development);
  • Promote actions aimed at strengthening and disseminating the Diversity pillar within the company;
  • Structure the career planning and people succession cycles based on the company’s goals and objectives;
  • Manage team and area budget.

Requirements:

  • Generalist experience in managing HR subsystems;
  • Background in structuring Human Resources processes and programs;
  • Experience in leadership development and building high performance teams;
  • Strong analytical vision and results orientation.
