Job description

A services multinational that is a global leader in its segment and is in the process of resuming its expansion in the Brazilian market, it is looking for a HR Superintendent to reorganize all processes related to the employee’s journey.

Reporting to the CEO and board in Europe, you will have as an initial challenge to implement tools aimed at the efficiency of transactional processes and DHO programs.

Main responsibilities:

  • Generalist performance in Human Resources, being responsible for a robust team of recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, personnel administration, development, climate and culture;
  • Build Employer Branding strategies, focusing on employee attraction, satisfaction and engagement;
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the organizational culture in order to ensure that the principles are disseminated throughout the company;
  • Redefine leadership development, successor training and change management programs, aiming to form high performance teams;
  • Act as a business partner for the areas;
  • Report results, indicators and projects to the global team.

Requirements:

  • Generalist experience in HR subsystems, with solid cases of automation of transactional processes in the area;
  • Experience in leadership development and building high performance teams;
  • Strong analytical vision and results orientation;
  • Advanced/fluent command of the English language is essential.
