Job description

Take on the Customer Service front in a large services company, with exponential growth in the last two years.

Its objective will be to guarantee excellence in the delivery of the end-user experience, enhancing the company’s value offer and structuring a robust service operation, which keeps up with the expansion of the business nationwide.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage service teams and develop them through engagement initiatives and dissemination of the customer centric vision;
  • Ensure the efficiency of customer service support at all levels, solving external and internal customer complaints, observing satisfaction rates;
  • Respond for metrics and support indicators;
  • Develop solutions in customer relationship processes, focusing on better satisfaction and retention, promoting long-term relationships;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the area that meet strategic and business growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Management of large service teams with a high level of NPS;
  • Relevant customer CHURN reduction cases;
  • Experience in large service operations, including the call center, retail or related sectors;
  • ​Ability to form teams with a customer centric view.
