Job description

The Financial Planning area supports all phases of growth and maturation of a company in the competitive business environment. For this reason, our client, acquired by a global company that is a reference in the solution it offers, is looking for an experienced leader to manage the area.

As Head of FP&A, you will be directly responsible for structuring the entire chain of strategic planning processes, in order to support the company’s decision-making at the national level in the technology market.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the ongoing planning, budgeting and forecasting process on a recurring basis, facilitating the allocation of resources towards the company’s growth goals;
  • Develop and maintain detailed revenue and other forecasting models;
  • Develop and analyze comprehensive reports, analyzes and projections of financial and KPI indicators.
  • Define methods and tools to track business performance, identify trends, and proactively engage with senior management to stay ahead of key business changes.
  • Continuously improve financial modeling, forecasting and reporting, and processes and technology, including staying current with industry best practices.
  • Analyze ad hoc in areas such as pricing / structuring license agreements, pricing, market sizing and other topics.
  • Present analytical materials to the board in order to assist in decision making.

Requirements:

  • Solid background in FP&A structuring;
  • Experience in companies in the technology sector;
  • Intermediate English is required;
  • Availability for any trips.
