Large retail group that is transforming online retail of subscriptions and in strong growth nationwide, executive search (a) to lead commercial strategy of the company’s new business unit.

The (a) professional will have a fundamental role in the construction of commercial strategies for their market and in managing the execution of commercial team routines for sales growth in the retail segment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Structuring the commercial area of ​​a new business unit from scratch with the full support of the Group;
  • Leverage sales with a focus on the digital channel, ideally through subscriptions;
  • Manage product categories, defining MIX, Sellers portfolio, negotiating with suppliers and partners;
  • Manage conversion funnel, analyzing and interpreting e-commerce indicators: conversions, ROI, access rejection, purchase abandonment, customer profile indicators, service time, reverse logistics percentage, internal page rejection rate;
  • Respond for the P&L of the online channel, reporting deliveries and Budget management, contributing to the achievement of company results.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in digital channels and P&L management of subscription or e-commerce platforms;
  • Proven experience in commercial strategies in the retail sector;
  • Experience in management in large companies.
