Job description

The high take-up for online purchases and the great competition in this market demand that companies have their operational structure integrated and providing excellent omnichannel services.

Our client is an important consumer goods player that seeks E-commerce Operations Manager to act in front of B2C logistics and customer experience.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management of stocks, freight and contracts with partners, involving distribution and cargo handling, product transfer, contracting carriers, planning for the exchange of goods and cargo monitoring;
  • Ensure the integration and synchronization of all channels, maintaining operation efficiency and high customer satisfaction regarding delivery;
  • Management and development of customer service teams, ensuring the organic growth of the repurchase in the online channel;
  • Monitor service level indicators and develop solutions in relationship processes;
  • Development of end-to-end key customer experience processes that start and end with the customer at the center;
  • Leading innovation and continuous improvement projects related to B2C logistics and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Essential experience in B2C logistics in the retail or consumer goods segment;
  • Proven omnichannel acting cases;
  • Strong ability in team management and people development;
  • Customer centric vision.
