Job description

In the last two years the health sector has undergone a real revolution. These changes took place both in the way of acting and management and in the dimensioning and use of physical spaces.

As Infrastructure and Works Manager, you will manage the preventive and corrective maintenance activities (civil, electronic and mechanical) of equipment, facilities and for construction projects and environmental renovations. In addition to ensuring the uninterrupted supply of electricity, refrigeration and other essential services for the operation of the units.

Main responsibilities:

  • Creation and implementation of verification routines for all installations ensuring continuity in the business operation;
  • Ensure the supply of power and cooling, through the creation and implementation of maintenance and verification routines, in addition to contingency plans;
  • Ensure compliance with the area’s budget;
  • Plan and manage the building and equipment maintenance processes, as well as the agreed financial resources, deadlines and quality;
  • Ensure the expansion strategy thinking about all the issues related to infrastructure and works;
  • Contract works, overseeing the execution and quality, ensuring their safety and not compromising the operation;
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation relating to the environment and facilities of the units, as well as all approvals of projects and works in official bodies.

Requirements:

  • Generalist experience in Engineering, Works and Infrastructure Management;
  • Strong orientation to operations and process management;
  • Solid success cases in your area of ​​expertise;
  • Experience in management in large companies.
