Job description

Reference player in the Consumer Goods segment, recognized for its rapid growth and constant innovation, seeks Corporate IT Manager to lead the process of digitizing operations.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the professional will have as main challenge to develop the technology area in order to favor the company’s national and international growth movement.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead a relevant corporate ERP turnaround project;
  • Take on a datacenter migration project to a Cloud environment, defining architecture and solutions, automation, redundancy and disaster recovery;
  • Develop omnichannel projects, focusing on conversion leverage and Customer Experience;
  • Manage IT systems, aiming at return applicability through structuring performance metrics;
  • Direct the area’s Strategic Plan in line with the company’s objectives;
  • Be aware of trends and innovations in tools on the market that are compatible with the organization’s scenario;
  • Manage multidisciplinary development teams and partners, building team performance metrics;
  • Manage systems and services providers and technology area budget.

Requirements

We are looking for an Executive with solid experience and experience as a leader in the IT area in medium or large organizations, who meets the requirements:

  • Track record in Infrastructure Management, Systems Development and Information Security;
  • Solid ERP implementation cases;
  • Experience in Cloud Infrastructure implementation projects (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
  • Management of multidisciplinary teams and agile methodologies.
