Consolidated company in the services segment is looking for a new key executive to boost its growth process in the market, through process optimization, implementation of new solutions and professionalization of management.
Reporting to the CEO, the new Technology Director will be responsible for supervising all technological activities related to the areas of pricing, go-to-marketing and sales, playing a critical role in leading the company’s technical strategy, ensuring that it remains competitive and innovative.
Develop and communicate the company’s technical vision, aligning it with general business objectives;
Form and lead high-performance teams;
Identify opportunities and strategic partnerships to boost the company’s development and competitiveness;
Oversee the development and delivery of technology solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth;
Assess and manage risks, implementing robust security practices;
Manage the complete product development lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget;
Work closely with other teams, such as sales, marketing and operations, to ensure the effective integration of technical solutions with customer needs and internal processes.
Proven prior experience in leadership positions, preferably in technology companies or related services;
Solid knowledge in software development, cloud and artificial intelligence;
Advanced English;
Experience in software development;
Mobility to live in Paraná.
