Job description

A relevant player in Brazilian agribusiness, a reference in innovation and a nationally and internationally registered trademark, he is looking for new leadership to take over the company’s technology area, with a focus on intensifying the transformation in the systems area.

As Technology Director, you will report directly to the CFO, working directly in the development of new IT strategies that guarantee support, in the short and long term, of the company’s growth projection.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic IT planning to support relevant business expansion in the coming years;
  • Create quality assurance and data protection processes;
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and IT budgets to assess technology performance;
  • Structuring the strategic plan of the Systems area;
  • Identify and propose improvement projects to support systems and manage software development projects and processes;
  • Oversee the strategic direction of Infrastructure, including data centers/hosting/cloud, networks and telecommunications, desktop and devices, information security and shared applications;
  • Work across departments to improve analysis and reporting focused on key performance indicators, ensuring a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction;
  • Lead technology management based on best practices in infrastructure, systems/software development, data management and information security.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis or similar areas;
  • Solid knowledge in Systems/Applications, Infrastructure, Governance and Information Security;
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and implementing systems;
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
