Job description

Innovative company in the rapidly expanding technology segment seeks Talent Acquisition Manager to build the talent acquisition area.

As a leader in this area, your main challenge will be to build a talent acquisition area and will play a central role in the company’s accelerated growth, attracting and retaining talent through the promotion of an agile culture.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build strategy, execute and lead all the corresponding initiatives in the Talent Acquisition area;
  • Support leaders in building high performance teams, based on agile recruitment, organizational development plans, employer branding and customer centric vision;
  • Lead a strong process of cultural transformation, aiming to develop and improve culture and organizational climate;
  • Define strategic partners for recruitment at different hierarchical levels;
  • Structure the internship and trainee programs, selecting the right partners to support the attraction and selection of young talents;
  • Develop together with the business areas the development plans for the various organizational levels, forming successors and searching for benchmarks of best market practices;
  • Acting as a business partner, aiming at the unfolding of the organization’s strategies.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in managing Talent Acquisition teams;
  • Background in structuring Recruitment and Selection processes and programs in companies in the Technology segment;
  • Strong analytical vision and results orientation;
  • Advanced English will be a differentiator.
