Job description

​Being a reference in the Retail segment requires more and more integration between physical and digital channels. Our client, in addition to being in rapid commercial expansion with the opening of new stores, has a large presence in e-commerce and the marketplace.

Aiming to ensure the capacity and efficiency of the Omnichannel model, we are looking for a Systems Manager to improve internal management tools and processes and a leading role in the area.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage IT products and systems, aiming at applicability, managing new API’s and ensuring return by structuring performance metrics;
  • Define the integration model between applications and systems according to business requirements and needs;
  • Ensure, together with the e-commerce area, a consistent shopping experience at all points of contact with the customer, via digital channels;
  • Promote digital transformation initiatives focused on high performance and availability, identifying opportunities and new scenarios;
  • Identify and propose projects to improve the support of systems and project management and software development processes;
  • Develop and monitor the area’s management and performance indicators;
  • Report the status of projects in the area to the company’s board;
  • Manage Budget and software development vendor contracts;
  • Acting as an agent of change oriented towards a digital culture, influencing other business areas in the use of agile methodologies and digital mindset.

Requirements:

  • Higher Education in Computer Science or related areas;
  • Fullstack software development background;
  • Solid ERP implementation cases;
  • Leadership in Digital Transformation processes;
  • Multidisciplinary team management in an agile environment;
  • Mobility to Porto Alegre.
