In a context of global market volatility and increasing complexity in supply chains, it is looking for a new Senior Manager to strengthen its Supply Chain area.
Through constant expansion of the product portfolio, your role as Senior Supply Chain Manager will be essential to ensure the continuity of operations and the sustainable growth of the company, mitigating the risks of shortages and improving delivery times through the implementation and continuous improvement of Supply, Logistics and S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) processes.
Develop and implement optimization strategies for the supply chain, focusing on global sourcing and supplier diversification;
Coordinate the S&OP process to align production needs with input availability;
Establish strategic partnerships with carriers, ensuring continuity of operations and delivery capacity;
Conduct detailed market analyzes to identify opportunities that strengthen the competitive position and expand the company’s reach.
Proven experience as a leader in the Supply Chain area, responsible for Procurement, Logistics and S&OP;
Solid knowledge in global sourcing, supplier development and effective inventory management;
Experience in implementing controls and continuous improvement processes to ensure alignment between the Commercial and Operations areas;
Strategic ability to develop and execute planning that balances operational excellence and cost optimization;
Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
