In a context of transformation aimed at meeting new market demands and expanding global leadership, a multinational B2B company, recognized as a leader in its segment, is seeking a new Supply Chain Executive Manager. This strategic position will focus on talent development, working closely with other areas of the company to ensure effective integration of processes and consolidation of the organizational culture.
The Supply Chain Executive Manager will be responsible for supervising multiple plants in different geographic regions, promoting a culture of high performance and innovation. In addition, he/she will play an active role in projects essential for the transformation and integration of the organization, reporting both nationally and internationally.
Maintain ongoing analysis of new suppliers, assessing their ability to meet the company’s needs in terms of products and services, and develop strategic partnerships to optimize inventories and operating costs;
Lead the PPC, logistics and supply team, providing guidance, training and support to achieve the company’s objectives, with an emphasis on implementing efficient production planning strategies;
Supervise the progress of production processes, ensuring compliance with internal logistics, production and transportation plans, aligned with established goals;
Manage contracts for the supply of materials and services, ensuring that contractual terms are being met and that contracting objectives are achieved;
Monitor price fluctuations of key commodities, as well as variations in demand that may impact the supply of inputs and acquisition costs, acting proactively to mitigate risks;
Evaluate the performance of buyers in relation to prices, deadlines, contracts, stocks and service to internal customers, ensuring compliance with efficiency and cost-benefit goals;
Work closely with other areas of the company to integrate supply chain processes with the organizational culture, facilitating transformation and continuous innovation;
Identify opportunities for implementing improvements in supply chain processes and technologies, promoting innovation and efficiency throughout the supply chain.
Higher education in Engineering, Administration, Logistics or related areas; postgraduate or MBA will be a plus;
Proven experience in supply chain management, including PPC, logistics, supplies and supply contracts;
Excellent leadership skills, with a focus on team development and continuous process improvement;
CLT hiring format;
