A reference company in the technology sector, focusing on SaaS solutions, recognized for its innovation and the positive impact it transmits to its customers and the market in which it operates, is looking for a new Director of Software Engineering, in order to ensure that your initiatives and product are linked to the company’s strategy.
In a culture that values collaboration, autonomy and continuous team development, your main objective will be to manage the software development team, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of b2b customers.
Leadership of software engineering teams;
Development and implementation of technical strategies for the growth and scalability of the SaaS platform;
Supervision and optimization of budget and cloud resources, focusing on efficiency and control of related costs;
Adoption of best agile development practices, encouraging continuous improvement of work processes and methodologies;
Establishment of KPIs and performance metrics;
Strict collaboration with other partner areas, such as Product, Support and Operations.
Higher education in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering. Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development or related areas;
Proven experience of at least 5 years in a leadership role in SaaS technology;
Expertise in cloud infrastructure management, mainly on the AWS platform;
Knowledge of DevOps practices and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
Extensive experience in managing software projects, monitoring and analytics tools;
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote and multicultural environment;
Advanced English is mandatory and Advanced Spanish will be an advantage.
