Recognized for its substantial investment in new technologies and precision in the manufacturing of parts, the company is a leader in the metal-mechanical segment and is looking for a new leader to act as Smart Manufacturing Manager.
As manager of the area, your primary objective will be to direct the strategy, develop an action plan, implement innovative projects, use advanced technologies to increase efficiency and create competitive advantages in exclusive processes and equipment.
Main responsabilities:
Guide and develop a team of professionals in search of innovation through specific skills in technologies and concepts aligned with smart manufacturing;
Develop methodologies, structures and apply industrial process technologies to obtain technological differences in the production processes of business units;
Implement the MES system (Manufacturing Execution System) in order to guarantee standardization and execution in the various business units;
Direct the structuring of the company’s Smart Manufacturing plan through solutions in manufacturing systems, as well as promoting the digitalization of the production environment;
Stimulate an innovative environment, promoting team development and seeking new approaches to real problems;
Propose disruptive and proprietary solutions that bring a competitive advantage to units, focusing on connectivity, manufacturing simulation and advanced production.
Requiriments:
Proven experience in Smart Manufacturing projects;
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams;
Mobility to live in the Joinville region;
Advanced English desirable.
