In a scenario of great dynamism and innovation in the financial services market in Brazil, a company recognized for its accelerated expansion movement and customer focus, through personalized and high quality solutions, is looking for a new executive. This professional will be responsible for leading the transformation and growth of the area, driving performance and innovation in sales channels.
As a Channel Manager, you will act as a strategic partner for the business and sales areas. Your main challenge will be to drive the company’s growth, identify and develop new market opportunities for financial products and services, as well as map and optimize sales channels. You should seek to increase revenue through upsell and cross-sell and implement new go-to-market strategies to reach new customers and markets.
Develop and implement multichannel sales strategies, aiming to increase revenue and optimize the customer experience;
Identify and develop new market opportunities, products and financial services, expanding the company’s portfolio;
Analyze sales data and channel performance, using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
Manage relationships with partners and suppliers, ensuring the quality of services and compliance with agreements;
Monitor market trends, proposing actions to keep the company competitive and innovative;
Ensure compliance of operations with internal regulations and policies, mitigating risks and ensuring the integrity of processes.
In-depth knowledge of financial products and commercial strategies;
Skill in data analysis and use of business intelligence tools;
Experience in processes and distribution channels in the sector.
