Job description

Aiming to strengthen the quality and efficiency of operations, we are looking for a new Senior Operations Manager to lead the service of strategic accounts and support the management of high-performance teams.

As Senior Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing the main contract management indicators through workforce planning processes that guarantee service levels, customer satisfaction and expected results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for direct customers, proactively identifying and resolving issues, building strong relationships, and addressing their needs and concerns;

  • Work with senior management to plan and implement Workforce Management strategies that are aligned with the company’s objectives, controlling costs and optimizing resources;

  • Develop high-performance teams by establishing clear expectations, carrying out regular assessments and providing performance feedback;

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that could affect operations, such as service interruptions or security breaches;

Requirements:
  • Consolidated experience in leadership positions in customer service operations;

  • Knowledge in WFM and implementation of Lean methodology;
  • Experience as a manager of large teams;

  • Big Data analysis capabilities applied to the optimization of operational processes and customer experience;

  • Advanced/fluent English.
