Company in the industrial sector, a reference in consumer goods, in a strong moment of expansion and increasing revenue, is looking for a new executive to lead its logistics area, aiming to improve processes and review the network.
As Senior Manager in the area, you will be responsible for defining and developing operational and financial strategies for Logistics, Storage, Distribution and Transport. You must also align them with business objectives, leading the team in the search for greater operational efficiency.
Develop and implement logistics strategies (including reverse) to serve commercial channels (B2B and B2C), improving operational efficiency, reducing costs and meeting customer demands;
Manage and develop a multifunctional team, promoting synergy with other business units, anticipating risks and opportunities;
Act strategically in intercompany freight;
Identify and seek opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics processes and implement effective solutions to increase efficiency, by reviewing the network, seeking to keep the company updated and competitive in the market;
Conduct projects in the Logistics area, especially those of high complexity and impact, which require high technical and practical knowledge, acting with analytical thinking and engaging support areas and stakeholders;
Lead the planning and management of Distribution Centers, monitoring and optimizing stock levels to avoid excess or lack of products, minimizing losses and costs.
Experience as a leader in the Logistics area in companies with different distribution channels;
Experience in dynamic markets, preferably industry;
Availability to live in the South Region;
Advanced English is a plus.
