In response to a positive moment of market opportunity and in search of leveraging management in a phase of financial stability, our client, a recognized organization in the services sector, identified the need to seek a new Executive Board, responsible for the strategic leadership of the organization.
Your main challenge lies in the ability to exercise a strategic vision and agile executive leadership, in line with the cultural characteristics of the group. As Executive Director, your role will be crucial to ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all operations, driving the sustainable growth of the organization.
Main responsabilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for each functional area, aiming for sustainable growth and maximizing performance;
Lead people and culture management as well as the technology and innovation division;
Supervise the company’s legal activities, ensuring compliance and effective risk management;
Direct commercial operations, developing and implementing plans to drive sales and increase market share;
Guide marketing strategies, creating innovative and effective campaigns to promote our products and services;
Manage the company’s finances, ensuring financial efficiency, analysis of results and budget management;
Provide inspirational leadership and strategic guidance to all teams, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requiriments:
Proven experience in executive leadership in companies in the B2C services sector, with extensive expertise in managing various functional areas;
Track record of success in implementing strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency;
Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data and market trends;
Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams;
Relevant academic training in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related areas. An MBA or other postgraduate degree will be considered an advantage.
