As Senior Controllership Manager, your primary mission will be to identify opportunities to contribute to the company’s profitability, reduce costs, as well as monitor possible risks and scenarios harmful to the business.
Main responsabilities:
Develop annual budgets, considering the company’s growth goals and monitor actual performance compared to budget;
Responsible for the company’s management results, ensuring the standards and accuracy of financial statements;
Collaborate with executive leadership in formulating financial strategies to achieve established growth objectives;
Perform financial analyzes to guide strategic decision-making, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for resource optimization;
Develop and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure reporting accuracy;
Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local regulations;
Prepare reports and financial statements to report accounting information, in IFRS format.
Requiriments:
Solid professional history in management positions, with an emphasis on companies in the industrial segment;
Desirable to work with OBZ or GMD and work in absorption costing or ABC;
Advanced English;
Availability to live in Joinville/SC.
