Given these objectives and new financial and operational challenges, the company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to strengthen its strategic financial management capacity and support its expansion.
As an area manager, you will be responsible for leading accounting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing accurate financial analysis to support decision-making. It will play a central role in translating strategic objectives and implementing best practices, improving the company’s efficiency and financial control.
Manage monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial statements and management reports, as well as compliance with international IFRS standards;
Conduct compliance with tax and regulatory obligations, including reviews of calculations and assessments of direct and indirect taxes, ensuring adherence to current legislation and the execution of internal and external audits;
Develop and implement robust accounting policies that optimize reconciliation and bookkeeping processes, including critical analysis of provisions, fixed assets and capitalizations, mitigating accounting risks;
Perform advanced cost and expense analysis, using financial indicators and cost variation reports to provide technical support for strategic planning and budget decisions;
Lead the accounting team with a focus on operational excellence and the adoption of best practices, promoting the development of technical skills and mastery of integrated systems;
Monitor and report financial performance metrics, such as operating margin and EBITDA analysis, proposing adjustments and corrective actions to maximize the company’s financial results.
Experience in senior leadership positions in the accounting area within the industrial sector;
Solid knowledge of applicable accounting standards and current tax legislation;
Have active CRC;
Knowledge of international accounting standards.
