Job description

Consumer goods industry recognized for its high quality and added value products, our client is experiencing a cycle of renewing its product portfolio. To lead new channel development efforts and expand market share in the Southern region of Brazil, we are seeking new senior commercial leadership to lead new channel development efforts and expand market share in the Southern region of Brazil.

As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the company’s presence in the region, exploring different business fronts. Its objectives will include identifying and capturing new business opportunities, in addition to consolidating partnerships with key stakeholders and redefining commercial policies.

Main responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for the South region, combining them with market intelligence and company objectives;

  • Identify and develop new sales channels;

  • Increase market share through targeted actions;

  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring loyalty;

  • Explore market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities;

  • Establish and monitor goals and KPIs, ensuring the achievement of established objectives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership position in the commercial area in the consumer goods segment;

  • Successful track record in developing and implementing trade policies;

  • Ability to identify and develop new distribution channels;

  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills;

  • Availability to live in Serra Gaúcha, with frequent travel in the three southern states.
