In this scenario of expansion and modernization, it is looking for a new Origination Director to strengthen and improve its strategic operations.
As Director of Origination, you will be responsible for leading budget planning and monitoring strategic planning actions, ensuring the efficiency and integrity of financial, logistical, administrative and inventory processes, in addition to ensuring the effective maintenance of branches and excellence in the processes of receiving and storing inputs.
Develop and implement budget planning strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives;
Monitor and optimize financial, logistical, administrative and inventory management processes;
Manage and improve branch maintenance procedures, ensuring continuous and efficient operations;
Coordinate the processes for receiving and storing inputs, ensuring quality and compliance with established standards;
Plan and conduct credit analyses, establishing limits and monitoring default indicators proactively;
Monitor and direct actions in the technical assistance area, promoting continuous improvements and innovation;
Supervise and ensure the maintenance and compliance of certifications required for the business.
Proven experience in leadership positions in the agribusiness sector, focusing on origination and operations management;
In-depth knowledge of financial planning, logistics and management applied to agribusiness;
History of success in implementing automated processes in origination;
Availability to live in the South Region.
