Job description

Being immersed in a competitive, connected and intense market requires companies to invest in and develop integrated guidelines for operational excellence at a high level. In a context of national expansion, our partner is looking for a new board to lead the Technology, Processes and People areas.

As Director of Operational Excellence, your main challenge will be to lead the development of scalable and efficient solutions that promote the evolution of the business, in addition to implementing tools, training and methodologies that guarantee the achievement of the planned results and the best experience for the internal and external customer. .

Main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the company’s strategic vision and connect it with the objectives of the Operational Excellence structure, deploying tactical plans for the entire team;
  • Manage the areas of Technology, Processes and People, developing an integrated team committed to the delivery of goals;
  • Lead the Shared Services Center implementation project and manage the respective team;
  • Search the market and implement in the areas the best practices related to the management of people, projects and process automation;
  • Optimize, through its structures, the productivity of all operational areas of the company, being responsible for leading guidelines related to the implementation of new technology and innovation;
  • Coordinate strategic movements associated with processes and people development that support an accelerated and, at the same time, solid growth of the company, ensuring that the expansion of operations occurs in a sustained manner;
  • Develop and disseminate the company’s management method, based on a Lean Management vision, focused on results and ensuring full integration between people and technology;
  • Manage area budget.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in strategic leadership of technology teams and process automation;
  • Proven performance in the development of scalable solutions for growing business operations;
  • Strong knowledge in strategic planning, agile methodologies, Lean and PDCA and SDCA concepts in different contexts;
  • Solid cases of managing multidisciplinary teams are essential to the profile.
