At a time of professionalization of its management and expansion in the construction and development market, the company is looking for new leadership to occupy the position of Director of New Business and Investor Relations. The executive will be responsible for leading business expansion strategies, identifying and developing market opportunities, as well as managing communication and relationships with investors and strategic partners.
At the head of multidisciplinary teams, your role will be, in addition to identifying and developing new business opportunities, to establish relationships with real estate funds that add value to the business, boost its growth and confirm the company’s presence in the market.
Develop and implement strategies to identify and evaluate new business opportunities;
Analyze market trends and create expansion plans that are aligned with the company’s objectives;
Conduct market analyzes to evaluate trends, sector demands and growth opportunities, adapting the implemented strategies;
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and partners;
Manage communication between the company and investors, ensuring transparency and trust;
Provide reports to senior management, highlighting the company’s performance and future prospects;
Represent the company at meetings and events with investors, funds and banks;
Monitor trends and movements in the financial market to identify fundraising opportunities;
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure commercial strategies are aligned with the company’s delivery capacity;
Participate in strategic negotiations and support the closing of important contracts;
Ensure all projects comply with local, state and federal rules and regulations.
Higher education in Civil Engineering is essential. Postgraduate or MBA in the area is an advantage;
Proven experience in leadership positions in multidisciplinary teams, especially in the construction sector;
Extensive experience in medium and high-end projects in the construction and real estate development sector;
Solid knowledge of real estate industry rules and regulations; Good relationship history with stakeholders;
Knowledge in market analysis, valuation and financial modeling;
Mobility to the South Region.
