Job description

In a context of advanced growth and restructuring of areas, the B2B consumer goods industry, recognized for excellence in its segment and characterized by innovative solutions, is looking for a new executive to head the National Management of the Retail BU . The main focus will be to strengthen relationships with strategic clients and expand the presence and reach of the business unit throughout the country.

The National Commercial Management – Retail will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, creating initiatives to drive sales growth, ensuring that objectives are achieved, while ensuring the quality of service and the loyalty of retail partners.

Main responsibilities:
  • Redefine and implement the national sales strategy for retail channels, aligning it with the company’s short, medium and long-term objectives, and ensuring coherence with the corporate vision and values;

  • Cultivate high-level relationships with key strategic clients, aiming to build lasting partnerships and maximize business potential;

  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, promoting capillarization and growth of the business unit in strategic regions, and introducing new products and services in retail channels;

  • Monitor and guarantee the performance of sales metrics, analyzing critical KPIs to adjust strategies in real time;

  • Lead and develop the sales team, promoting a culture of high performance, innovation and responsibility, enabling the motivation and retention of the best talent;

  • Collaborate with other areas of the company, such as marketing, to provide integrated and efficient performance in the market;

  • Analyze and monitor the market, identifying opportunities and threats, adjusting the strategy as necessary;

  • Monitor and control the sales budget, ensuring the profitability and efficiency of operations.

Requirements:
  • Completed degree. Postgraduate, specialization or MBA;​

  • Solid experience in sales, focusing on the retail channel, preferably in electronics industries;

  • Proven ability in team management and talent development;

  • Results orientation and analytical skills for making data-based decisions;

  • Availability for frequent travel.
